Fruit Puree Mango 1kg
Delicious pureed fruit for flavouring crèmes, bavaroise and fillings. Also perfect for mixing through batter of (cup)cakes, pies, biscuits and muffins or use as a liquid topping for over ice cream or desserts. This puree has a great mango flavour and consists of 95% pressed, sieved and pasteurised fruit. After opening the package, the product will keep for 3 days and should be stored in the fridge.
Note: this fruit puree is very liquidy and therefore not suitable as just a filling.
