Frosty sheets 2.0 A4 size (25 sheets)
The updated Frosty sheets! We have redeveloped the Frosty sheets and call them the 2.0 version.
The sheets are E171-free, neutral in taste with a light vanilla aroma and have been specially developed for creating edible graphics in combination with a food printer. Due to the high proportion of starch in this sheet, it absorbs the applied dye quickly and the surface will dry quickly.
The advantages of Prints on Pastry Frosty sheets 2.0:

- The sheets pass effortlessly through the printer
- Open structure which makes streaks on the print hardly ever occur
- Neutral flavour
- Fast drying time. The print dries quickly and can therefore be processed quickly.
Processing:
Place the sheet in the printer, there are two options for this:
1. Feed via top feed of the printer (not every printer has this option):
Place the frosty sheet with the side to be printed facing forward and with the plastic "leading edge" down.
2. Feed via lower drawer of the printer:
Place the frosty sheet face down in the drawer and with the plastic "leading strip" away from you.
Pull the frosty sheet, immediately after printing, carefully off the plastic cover sheet and then put it back on, then let the image dry to avoid staining. How long this takes depends on the temperature and humidity. 5-20 min. In this way you avoid the risk of tearing the sheet when removing the plastic cover.
Ware advice: Store in a dry and cool place.
Ingredients: Thickeners (E1422, E1412) maltodextrin, sugar, humectant (E422),
water, food colouring (E170), dextrose, stabilisers (E466, E414, E415), emulsifiers (E435, E491, E471), preservative (E202), acidity regulator (E330), artificial flavourings.
