The alusteel flan pans from Bouwhuis are available in different sizes, the diameter is measured on the open side and is the inner size. These pans should always be greased before use. Traditional flan bakers prefer these alusteel flan pans because it conducts heat ideally. To be used for making: rice pies, cherry pies and apple crumble pies, among others.

Cleaning advice: After baking, polish out the alusteel mould with a dry cloth or kitchen paper. Never clean the mould with detergents, in case of stubborn dirt use water and dry well afterwards.
