Fabbri Frescafrutta Jelly Spray 800g is a ready-to-use, transparent jelly that gives fruit desserts a shiny finish while preserving the freshness of the fruit. It prevents discolouration and forms a layer that protects the fruit from drying out and absorbing unwanted odours or flavours.

It is perfect for finishing fruit tarts, bavarois, semifreddo and other desserts. The built-in spray head lets you apply an even, consistent layer, so you use significantly less product than with traditional pouring methods.
