Sugarflair Edible Gold Leaf (24 carats) - 1 sheet
This will give your chocolates, (wedding) cakes, pastries, etc a luxurious and original look!
Cut the desired shape from the gold leaf with scissors, taking care to avoid excessive contact with the gold leaf. Coat the chosen surface with a thin layer of edible-glue or e.g. confectioner's glaze. Tip: make sure the surface is just a little larger than needed. Place the sheet carefully and accurately. Be careful, the sheet cannot be moved after placing. Leave it alone for about a minute before removing paper using, for example, tweezers with a slow upward motion. Let it dry for ± 24h to harden.
