Dreidoppel Fond Kwark 5kg includes quark powder and is a good base for a delicious cheesecake. You only need a few ingredients for a basic cake. If you use 250 grams of powder, add 400 millilitres of water and 1 kilogram of whipped cream. The powder makes sure the cake is stable. Of course, you can add your own twist by adding different flavours. 

Ingredients: sugar, skimmed quark powder (12%), bovine gelatine, dextrose, food acid (citric acid), natural flavouring. *Can contain traces of egg and soya. 
Nutritional value per 100g: energy: 1641kJ/386kcal, fat: 0.1g, of which saturated: 0.1g, carbohydrates: 80.3g, sugars: 79.9g, fibre: 0g, protein: 15g, salt: 0.13g.
