Dr. Oetker Pamper Brookies (Brownie&Cookie) Mix 420g
A great combination, biscuits and brownies. With this mix, you can make this combination in no time. A deliciously creamy brownie with a topping of crunchy, brittle chocolate chip cookies. This pack contains a brownie mix, a chocolate chip cookie mix and a baking tin.

Recipe: 100g butter, 2 eggs.

Method of preparation
Prepare batter (10 minutes)
In a saucepan, melt 75g of butter and pour into a batter bowl. Add 1 egg and the brownie mix and mix with the mixer on the highest setting for a minute until smooth. Spoon the brownie batter into the baking pan and spread it on the bottom. Beat the remaining 25 g butter with the mixer in a (clean) batter bowl until soft and creamy. Add the mix for chocolate chip cookies and 1 egg. Mix everything together with the mixer with garden on the medium setting until a coarse, cohesive crumble forms. Spread the crumble dough evenly over the brownie batter in the baking tin.

Bake (30-35 min)
Place the baking tin on the rack slightly below the centre of the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 min until golden brown.
