Stainless steel dough cutter, with separate adjustable spring-loaded cutting wheels. The cutter has an engraved size scale from 1 to 60 cm. On the rod, to which the spring-loaded cutting wheels, can be fixed to any size. The total length of the rod is 70 cm. In addition, eight cutting wheels of Ø 55 mm are supplied.

Important: the spring-loaded mechanisms of the cutting wheels contain a hardened steel locking ring, this ring can rust when exposed to aggressive cleaning agents. We therefore recommend not cleaning the cutting wheels in the dishwasher but under the hot tap and then letting them dry thoroughly.
