The Terra Rossa has a strong, creamy cacao flavour and a hint of nuts and caramel aromas, this alkalised cacao powder (22-24% fat) createsëerates velvety cocoa classics. It is best used in biscuits, cakes and bread, ice cream, confectionery, desserts and drinks.

Make delicious chocolate biscuit/ biscuit easily using cocoa powder from De Zaan.
-100g Butter
-100g Sugar
-90g Self-Returning Baking Flour
-2 Eggs
-half teaspoon baking powder
-20g Cacao Powder
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Using a 20cm baking tin, lightly grease it and use baking paper.
2. Beat the sugar through the butter until soft, light and fluffy
3. Sift the baking powder, flour and cacao powder together in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Then add the flour spoon by spoon to the butter-sugar mixture, alternating with a little egg, until everything is incorporated.
4. Put the batter into the baking tin.
5. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then test with a cake tester or skewer to see if it is cooked.
