Desh Steam Tray

To get such a delicious loaf, you need steam. However, many home bakers do not have a steam oven at home.
Happily, they have found a solution to this at 'Desh Steam'. They came up with a durable and user-friendly steam tray.
Because it uses unique ceramic refractory material and a special design, your bread gets the right amount of steam at the right time. Because the bottom of the steamer tray is unpolished, it stays firmly in place and thus does not slide. The top and sides, however, are polished. The steam tray has the following dimensions: 16 x 8 cm (lxw). The height is 2.75 to 4 cm. So there is enough space left in the oven for the products being baked.
How to use: Preheat the oven including the steam tray well. Then pour water into the tray and volia! The steam tray does the rest of the work. After about 4 to 5 minutes, the Desh steam tray is empty.
With the Desh steam tray, you can safely achieve the desired result. Moreover, it does not damage your oven. Also suitable for use in a combination microwave and a barbeque (gas and charcoal). TNO officially approved for food preparation.
Desh steam is heat-resistant up to 1200 °C.
