Mat The De KeukenBij Reusable Bread Mat is a handy baking mat for baking bread in a Dutch oven or cast-iron pan. The mat is made from heat-resistant material and has two handles, allowing you to easily lower the dough into a hot pan and safely lift the bread out again after baking.

The round shape fits snugly against the base of the pan, whilst the extended sides provide extra grip and control when moving the dough.

This bread mat is ideal for baking artisanal loaves such as sourdough, rustic breads or small round loaves in a cast-iron pan. By placing the dough on the mat, you can easily lift the bread into the pan without it losing its shape. After baking, you can also easily remove the bread from the pan, making working with dough in a hot pan much easier and safer.
