Basic recipe for Mousse: lightly whip 800 g unsweetened whipping cream with 200 ml milk at medium speed. Add 200 g Dawn Mousse / Creme Dessert slowly and then, on medium speed, beat to desired thickness. Season with 50 g compound to taste, after thickening the mousse. Divide the mousse into moulds or make desserts and place in the fridge.
Basic recipe for Creme Dessert: 200-220 g Dawn Mousse / Creme Dessert mix with 500 g whipping cream and 500 ml milk. Mix all ingredients, let stand for a while and mix again. Flavour by adding 50 g compound, along with the other ingredients. Divide the cream into the mould or desserts and refrigerate.
