This combination gives more volume to your baking.

Dosage in % of flour weight: biscuit dough: 1-2%, speculaas dough: 3-4%, piecework: e.g. filled cakes and rondos:2%, H.W. dough: 1%, shortbread cakes: 1-2%, Indian Cake: ±4%, profiteroles: 1-2%, shortcrust/Cake: 1-2%, sprits: 1%.
