The product has a high ease of use. All you have to do is add water.

Difference between Top 'R' cream powder and tompouceroom:
Top R is a luxury instant pastry cream, a typical yellow cream. Damco tompouceroom is a very airy cream that is between whipped cream and yellow cream in texture.

For 400 grams, you need 1,000 grams of water.
Mix it all together and then beat for 3 minutes in high gear.

Designated for luxury cake, pastry and custard fillings, puddings.
Add water and whipping cream into basin and stir off with the gard. Add the powder mix. Whip the whole for about 3 minutes in highest gear (the product is freezer-proof, but not bake-proof).
