Recipe: (for 1 Cake 28cm) - 400g Cake mix - 220g butter or margarine - 200g egg (4 pieces) - Pinch of out - Possibly a bit of lemon zest or other flavouring Please note: all ingredients at room temperature.
Preparing: 1) Preheat oven to 160 degrees. 2) Beat butter/margarine until smooth (not fluffy) 3) Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 3 minutes on a medium speed. 4) Fill cake tin. 5) Bake for about 60-65 minutes at 160 degrees .
Tips: For cupcakes: same recipe and bake 180 degrees 15-18 minutes. Mini cupcakes: half the recipe and bake 190 degrees 12 minutes.
