Below is the recipe for a delicious apple pie:
Requisites
2,000 g mix cake base and biscuit mix Damco
500 g butter or margarine
200 g egg
For the filling:
ca. 800 g apple
ca. 100 g yellow cream powder
100 g cinnamon sugar
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer fitted with a dough hook until a smooth dough forms. Once the dough is formed, stop. Kneading for too long will result in a stiffer bake.
For the apple filling:
Mix the cinnamon sugar with the apples, then mix in the cream powder. This ensures a good binding and an extra delicious flavour. Of course, you can make the filling extra tasty by adding sultanas or nuts, for example.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm. Use this to line the tart pan or springform pan up to 2/3 of the rim.

Add the apple filling up to the top of the dough rim. Lay a 2 mm thick slice of dough over this as you see fit (e.g. in pretty strips) and brush with egg.
Please bake the apple pie pan or springform pan until the top of the dough edge.
Bake the apple pie for about 50 minutes (oven temperature approx. 190°C).
Use advice:
Add all ingredients into the basin in the order listed. Form a smooth dough. As soon as it is formed, stop the machine, as turning too long will give a stiffer bake.
Recipe for slippers:
1200g of complete cinnamon powder
475g butter
125g fine sugar
30g whole egg
60g water
Storage advice: keep cool and dry (15-20°C)
