Buttercream mix 6.5kg
Buttercream patisserie according to baker's recipe packed in a 6.5kg flour bag. Put your homemade buttercream in a piping bag and pipe beautiful tufts on cupcakes, cakes or on other sweet snacks! You can also colour the buttercream (e.g. with colour powder) or flavour it (e.g. with vanilla extract). Or spray various colours on the tufts of buttercream using Airbrush colouring. This allows you to create super cute effects (rainbow, unicorn).
CAUTION: The packaging says Masking Cream powder, this is the same as Buttercream.
Recipe:
-150ml. water
-65g buttercream mix
-65g (bastard) sugar
-150g (cream) butter
(optional flavouring)
All ingredients should be at room temperature
Preparation:
1) Mix water, buttercream mix, sugar and optional flavouring on a low setting with the mixer (approx.1 minute)
2) Add the butter and mix until there are no more lumps.
3) Then mix for at least 15 minutes until a smooth and airy cream has formed.

Sugar, maize starch, whey powder (cowmilk protein, lactose), maize starch (modified), vegetable fat, milk powder (skimmed), thickener: E401, E415, stabilisers: E339, E450, E516, flavouring, salt.
