Crêpe Baking Plate Professional
Bake delicious crêpes with this professional, robust and easy-to-use baking plate. You easily and quickly bake ééone crêpe at a time, with perfect results. After baking the crêpes, you can place these delicious French pancakes on the baking tray, in the storage drawer, underneath the griddle. The griddle is made of non-stick cast iron. The stainless steel casing makes the griddle easy to clean.
How to use
1. Heat the griddle, to the desired temperature and wait until the indicator light comes on.
2. Melt a knob of butter on the plate.
3. Pour some of the prepared crêpe batter onto the plate and gradually distribute it using the wooden batter dispenser.
4. Bake the crêpe until the top is dry and turn it over with a spatula.
5. Then briefly fry the other side and serve the crêpe (lukewarm) warm. You can now serve the crêpe with sugar, butter, jam, Nutella®, fruit, whipped cream, melted chocolate, ice cream or a delicious layer of syrup. This is going to be a real treat!
