Maïs starch Organic 250g
Maïs starch, also called maïzena, is used as a binder for example for gravies, sauces, ragouts and soups. Stir the required maïs starch with some cold water into a paste, pour it into the boiling soup, sauce or gravy while stirring. Allow to boil gently for a while. 

The starch is separated from the rest of the maïs and guaranteed gluten-free processing.
