The Cookai Springform Pan Ø11cm is ideal for making small cakes, pastries or savoury dishes for approximately one to two people. Think of a cheesecake, mini quiche or a small chocolate cake.

The tin is made of aluminised carbon steel and has a double non-stick coating, making it easy to remove the baked goods and clean the tin. It is resistant to temperatures up to 230°C, suitable for both oven and freezer use, and PFAS-free. Although the tin is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.
