What has Colour Mill done?
The brand has removed all water-based materials and replaced them with baking and cake-friendly oils. These oils mix much better than water-based gels. In addition, a specialised 'micro-milling process' ensures that the colours are grain- and stripe-free. As a result, Colour Mill's colourants give better colour to your baked goods and other foods, but you need less of them than a colouring gel from another brand.
