Coconut Rind Organic 150g
This delicious ground coconut comes from Sri Lanka and Vietnam. In southern Vietnam, there is a total area of over 700,00 hectares of land that is certified organic. Here they work with more than 600 organic farmers. Also, the ground coconut is imported from the so-called coconut triangle in Sri lanka. That is the area between the cities of Chilaw, Kurunegala and Puttalam. You can go in many directions with coconut rind. Use it as a recipe in, for instance, a delicious coconut cake with almonds and blueberries. Or make your own bounties. But also great as a decoration on biscuits, cakes and pies!
