Instructions Before use, spread a thin layer of tempered chocolate into the mould using the back of a spoon. Invert the mould onto greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Repeat until you reach the desired thickness. Once the chocolate feels firm and hard, the rabbit will easily release from the mould. To join the two halves, gently warm the edges with a heat gun or a hot towel until they become tacky, then press them together.
