Chocolate Mould Easter Half Egg Broken (4x) 8.3x5.4x2.4cm Make your own chocolate egg? With this mould you can make 4 half eggs, so 2 whole eggs measuring 8.3x5.4x2.4cm.
How to use this mould? Fill the moulds with pre-crystallised chocolate and "dribble" the mould so that the air bubbles escape from the chocolate. Wait a while so that a layer of chocolate solidifies. Turn the moulds over and drain the excess chocolate from the mould, scrape the remains of the leaked chocolate from the mould and carefully turn the mould over. Chill the mould in the fridge until you see the eggs "loosen"(shrink) from the mould. By melting the edges of the half eggs a little, both halves can be "stuck" together.
