How to use this mould: Pour tempered chocolate into the cavity, invert the mould to drain away excess chocolate, then refrigerate until set. Repeat this process until you reach your desired shell thickness. Once cooled, gently remove the chocolate half-egg and, if desired, lightly warm the edges of two moulds so they fuse together.
