Delicious handmade caramel with tonka bean flavour. Tonka bean is a fruit (from the South American tree Dipteryx Odorata) that gives caramel a slight rum/almond flavour. This makes tonka bean caramel very suitable to combine with vanilla ice cream, pancakes, apple pie, brownies or on whipped cream. The caramel can also be used as filling.
