Delicious chocolate flakes with a metallic sheen for decorating cakes, (cup)cakes and other tasty baked goods! These chocrocks have a nice rough finish.
The product is labelled under the brand name Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa is part of Callebaut. Made from dark chocolate (shimmied).

The Metallic Flakes (flakes) are heat-resistant (but not baking-stable) and can be added e.g. as a topping to whipped cream, ganache, ice cream and mousse. The chocolate flakes are also suitable for freezing.
