This delicious ready-to-use chocolate filling is ideal for glazing and filling various types of pastries. It has a caramelly sweet taste of white chocolate with a silky smooth, creamy texture. Hence, it is ideal for filling, for example, puffs, pastries, cakes and so on. Also perfect for glazing pastries and cakes with a white coating that remains soft and has a pleasant mouth feel. The glaze retains its perfect look and does not run off. It is also possible to coat pastries withe Creme dell Artigiano Bianca and freeze them immediately to consume/sell later. This product contains non-hydrated fats.

How to use?
Spray: soften or heat up to 30C.
Glaze: soften or heat up to 40C.
