The callets are light in colour and have mild cocoa and caramel aromas. It also releases refreshing acidic notes from yellow fruits such as pineapple and bananas, for example. The callets have a standard fluidity and are therefore suitable for many applications: ganaches, layers, moulds, mousses, etc.
