    Composition of the chocolate

    • Cocoa: 40.5% (consisting of 32% cocoa butter and 7% non-fat cocoa).
      Milk: 20% (consisting of 5% milk fat and 14% non-fat milk). 
    • Fat: 39% (consisting of 32% cocoa butter and 5% milk fat).
