    Callebaut's 668 recipe is the creamiest and caramel-rich chocolate. It has an attractive light colour and is perfect for making hollow figures and bars. The 665 has a standard fluidity that makes it suitable for a variety of purposes, such as, for example, enrobing, decorating, moulding and flavouring.

Chocolate in its purest form (called couverture), that is what Callebaut chocolate callets are 100% made of. Their unique drop shape (callets) makes them easy and quick to melt and, for example, sprinkle into dissolved couverture for optimal pre-crystallisation. Callebaut's chocolate callets come in various flavours and are applicable on many fronts and very economical in use.
