Roasted cocoa is in perfect harmony with the milk and caramel notes.
The 823 Fairtrade has the same standard fluidity and can be used in a lot of applications. It tastes great in tablets and moulded or coated confectionery. It is used to flavour mousses, creams, ganaches, sauces and releases a typical creamy, milky chocolate flavour.
Recipe No 823 Fairtrade can be used in exactly the same way as the 823 or any other regular milk chocolate.
