Callebaut s delicious creamy chococreme Nocciola Variegati has an intense flavour of hazelnut and milk chocolate. Even when frozen, or mixed with gelato, its texture remains soft and glossy. With the ChocoCrema Nocciola, you perfect your ice cream!

How to use? Mix 2 kg of ChocoCrema with 2.5 L of milk.
Mix well with the hand blender until a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a batch freezer and turn it into a ChocoCrema gelato.
