Callebaut ChocoBase (Mix for ice cream with chocolate) 800 grams
With this basic mix you can easily make the most delicious chocolate ice cream. You will need an ice cream machine to use this mix.

Use instructions:
Add 800g of dark chocolate to a 800g bag of ChocoBase
Add 2.4kg of warm water (75-80 C)
-Tip: To create more creaminess, let it rest in the refrigerator (3-5 C) for about 30 minutes before putting it in the ice cream maker
-Mix well with a mixer (± 2 minutes)
-Pour it into the ice cream maker and and start the programme
-Now you ve got 4kg (± 4.5 l) of ice cream ready to serve!

Ingredients: dextrose, fructose, skimmed cocoa powder, chocolate (powder) 10% (cocoa mass, sugar, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier: soylecithin), emulsifier: E471, E47, E466, E470a, E412, natural vanilla flavouring.
