Callebaut Silky Choco Powder has a smooth cocoa flavour with a slightly sweet and rounded chocolate note. The cocoa content of at least 31.7% ensures a distinct chocolate flavour and a deep brown colour.

The fat content of 6.6–7.6% gives the powder a fine texture and makes it easy to mix with other ingredients. Cacao powder with a lower fat content is lighter, making it well suited for beverages and lighter preparations.

This cacao powder is suitable for a wide range of sweet applications. Use it, for example, in chocolate milk, hot drinks or smoothies. In baked goods such as cakes, brownies, muffins and biscuits, it adds colour and a rich chocolate flavour without making the batter too heavy.
