Callebaut Bakeproof Chocolate Sticks Dark (8cm long) ±300 pieces
An intense flavour, rich in cocoa and with a lovely bite, that's what Callebaut brand's bakeproof chocolate sticks are. The classic sticks are made of intense Belgian chocolate. They melt like butter in the oven and emerge when the croissant, coffee rolls or other delicious creations have cooled down. The chocolates have a special recipe. In fact, less cocoa butter has been added to the sticks, making them resistant to oven temperatures of up to 200°C. Roll the sticks in the dough and enjoy delicious baking with a hint of chocolate.
