    Callebaut Bakeproof Chocolate Drops L Milk 2.5 kg
    With less cocoa butter but still the deliciously smooth, creamy and firm cocoa flavour, we are of course talking about Callebaut brand's Bakeproof Milk Chocolate Drops. Because less cocoa butter is added to the drops, they can withstand higher oven temperatures, up to no less than 200°C. The chunks are perfect for natural Chocolate Chip Cookies, but you can also use them in other biscuits, cakes, breads, pies and viennoiserie (luxury rolls). So you can use these delicious big rolls in dishes, but you can also use them as decoration, delicious in yoghurt or perhaps on a sandwich? If you fancy a slice, you can also eat them very nicely out of the bag.

    Processing tips

    • Maximum oven temperature: + 200°C
    • Prevent direct contact with the baking sheet or plate to prevent burning
    • Drops can be frozen, provided they are encapsulated in the dough
    • Mix the chocolate drops into the dough only at the end of the kneading process. This prevents the dough from discolouring or the drops from melting during the kneading process anyway.
