    Callebaut Bakeproof Chocolate Chunks White Chocolate 2.5 kg
    A deliciously delicate, sweet, creamy flavour only with less cocoa butter added. Those are the delicious Callebaut brand white chocolate chunks! Less cocoa butter has been added to the chocolate, so it can withstand higher oven temperatures. This makes the chunks excellent for White Chocolate Chunk Cookies, but also for other cakes, cakes, pies, breads and Brioches. Besides using the choco chunks in dishes, you can also use them as decoration, stir them into yoghurt or use them on sandwiches. Of course, they taste best straight from the bag into the mouth, but with 2.5 kg you will be busy for a while.

    The choco chunks are very tasty.

    Processing tips

    • Maximum oven temperature: 200 °C
    • Prevent direct contact with the baking sheet or plate to prevent burning
    • Can be frozen when encased in dough
    • Mix the chunks through the dough only at the end of the kneading process. This prevents the dough from discolouring or the drops from melting during the kneading process anyway.
