    Callebaut Bakeproof Milk Chocolate Chunks 10 kg
    Do you want to incorporate a deliciously smooth, creamy yet firm cocoa flavour into your biscuits or other creations? Of course you do with Callebaut's bakeware milk chocolate chunks! The chunks are exceptionally suitable for Chocolate Chip Cookies, but you can of course also work them into other biscuits, cakes, muffins, cakes or breads. You can go either way with these delicious chocolate chunks. They are bake-proof, so they will not melt when you put them in the oven. You can also use the chunks for decoration, in yoghurt/ custard/ quark, on sandwiches, but of course also just to eat. That will be tasty with 10 kg.

    Processing tips

    • Maximum oven temperature: + 200°C
    • Prevent direct contact with the baking tin or tray to prevent burning
    • The chunks can be frozen, provided they are encapsulated in the dough
