Round cakering with a beaded edge (rounded edge) on both sides. The cake rings have a silicone coating and are made of sturdy steel for a long service life. The cake ring is handmade and produced for professional purposes, therefore there may be slight scratches in the mould. This obviously does not affect the baking result.
