250 ml milk

500 g T55 flour (and a little extra to dust the tin and work surface)
1/2 cube fresh yeast (or 7 g dried yeast)
1 egg
10 g salt
5 g sugar
Preparation:
Heat the milk and butter in a saucepan to 33-37 degrees.

Cover the mixing bowl with a damp tea towel and place in a warm place for 1 hour.
Grease the entire tin and dust with a little flour. Place the dough on a floured surface, knead well and shape into a long roll so that it fits into the tin. Place the dough in the tin and secure with the 4 clips. Leave to rest for another hour.
