    Product information

    Bread tin with divider 30x10x9cm
Not sure whether you want to make two small loaves or one large loaf? Then this bread tin with divider is the perfect solution! This bread tin has a removable inner section. If you remove the inner section, you can make one loaf with the bread tin, and if you leave it in place, you can make two smaller loaves. The lid and base of the tin are held firmly in place by four clips, ensuring that the moisture remains in the bread tin. In addition, the bread stays perfectly in shape, giving you excellent toast bread.

    Specifications

    • Material: stainless steel
    • Dimensions: 30 x 10 x 9 (LxWxH) cm
    • Contents: a base, a lid, an outer rim, a removable half inner rim and four clamps

    Toast bread recipe:

    250 ml milk

100 g soft butter (and a little extra to grease the tin)

500 g T55 flour (and a little extra to dust the tin and work surface)

1/2 cube fresh yeast (or 7 g dried yeast)

    1 egg

    10 g salt

    5 g sugar

    Preparation:

Heat the milk and butter in a saucepan to 33-37 degrees.

Put the flour, yeast, egg, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the milk/butter mixture and knead for 10 minutes.

Cover the mixing bowl with a damp tea towel and place in a warm place for 1 hour.

Grease the entire tin and dust with a little flour. Place the dough on a floured surface, knead well and shape into a long roll so that it fits into the tin. Place the dough in the tin and secure with the 4 clips. Leave to rest for another hour.

Place the oven rack in the oven and preheat to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat). Bake the bread for about 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and release from the tin. Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
