Brand New Cake VEGAN Pastry Cream Mix 100g
Make a delicious plant-based pastry cream with the Brand New Cake VEGAN Pastry Cream Mix. With this cream you can make delicious vegan toffees, slippers, small cakes and other treats. 

Recipe
100 g cream powder mix, 200 g granulated sugar, 1000 millilitres of oat or almond milk.

Procedure

1. Mix the cream powder, sugar and 200 millilitres of milk in a bowl until smooth.
2. Then bring 800 millilitres of milk to the boil in a saucepan. Once it boils, add the mixture made earlier (keep stirring well).
3. Wait for it to boil, then it is ready.
4. Let it set for 2h in the fridge.

Ingredients
Maize starch, modified starch, flavouring, colouring: beta carotene, riboflavin (E101ii).
