Brand New Cake Spray Gun Cocoa butter/Fatty masses Sprayer gun with a cup capacity of 100ml. This syringe, which you connect to a compressor, sprays coloured cacao butter, chocolate and other fatty masses. This syringe is particularly suitable for colouring bonbon and cavity shapes and creating a velour effect on chocolate and pastry products. This syringe is not suitable for spraying airbrush dyes.
This item comes without the required compressor. We do sell a compressor suitable for this spray gun. We also offer the correct spiral hose.
Work with the Brand New Cake Spray Gun Cocoa Butter
Preheat the spray gun to prevent solidification of the fatty mass.
Fill the cup with melted cacao butter (+/- 29°C) or chocolate.
Spray the mass
To prevent solidification of the mass, place (hang) the syringe back in a heated environment (± 40C) so that the fatty mass remains liquid.
