This stainless steel inner bowl is sturdy, heat-resistant and easy to remove, making it simple to use and clean. With a capacity of 1.5 litres, this bowl offers sufficient space for melting and tempering chocolate in small to medium quantities.

An extra bowl is particularly handy when working with multiple types of chocolate or when you want to switch quickly between different recipes. This way, you don’t have to clean the machine in between. This separate bowl is also ideal as a spare.
