The recipe for the best crispy result
2 eggs (size m), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 100g sifted flour, 50g cornmeal, 110g rice flour, 400ml water and optionally a spice of your choice.
Method of preparation
- Beat the eggs with salt (and optional spices) with a whisk.
- Then, one by one, mix in the flour, cornmeal and rice flour.
- Finally mix in the water.
- Sieve the mixture and let it rest for an hour.
- Heat the oil to 180°C and dip the Pie Tee Maker into it to get the maker hot
- Then dip the tongs into the batter and deep-fry the dough into trays. Shake during frying to loosen the moulds from the maker.
