This Brand New Cake oil roll mix is filled with Bakels' high-quality oil roll mix.
Recipe
1000 g oil ball mix, 960 g water and possibly add 400 g currants/raisins and/or 100 g apple pieces.
Procedure
- Mix the oil ball mix and water (at 40℃) in a batter bowl for 4 minutes.
- Then mix in the filling.
- Let the batter rise, covered, in a warm place (about 45 minutes).
- Then briefly mix the batter and use an ice cream scoop to fry balls of about 70g in sunflower or peanut oil at 180℃.
- Baking time: 7 minutes. Turn the oil ball regularly during frying.
