    Brand New Cake Oliebollen Mix Complete 10 kg
    This convenient mix lets you shape and fry about 300 authentic oliebollen in no time. Simply add water, follow the straightforward instructions, and enjoy perfectly risen, golden-brown results every time.

    This premium formula from Bakels ensures consistent results and a tender, well-risen crumb.


    For every
    1 kg of mix, add 960 g of water, then fold in 400 g of currants or raisins and/or 100 g of diced apple if you like.

    Method

    1. Combine the mix with 960 g of water at 40°C in a mixing bowl and beat for 4 minutes.
    2. Gently fold in any desired fruit or apple pieces.
    3. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
    4. Gently fold the mixture again, then portion golf-ball–sized rounds (about 70 g each) using an ice-cream scoop. Fry in sunflower or peanut oil at 180°C.
    5. Fry for 7 minutes, turning the doughnuts gently and frequently to ensure even browning.


    Store in a cool, dry place.
