The Brand New Cake Marzipan Red 1:3 is prepared using Lubecker's warm method. This is a time-consuming process in which hot marzipan is made according to strict rules. Thanks to this preparation method, the marzipan has an intense almond flavour is also very stretchy. This makes it easy to process. Warm marzipan tears much less easily than marzipan made using the quick cold method. This marzipan also dries less quickly. So with this marzipan, you get a rich and tasty end result every time, which also looks beautiful thanks to the red colour.
