With the Brand New Cake Dye Gel Super Red you can give (rolling) fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sugar-paste, batters and much more a great red colour. Simply add a little dye gel each time until you obtain desired red colour.

Using Brand New Cake Dye Gel Super Red
In order to get exactly the red colour you want with Brand New Cake Dye Gel Super Red, it is important to work with precision. Use, for example, a skewer/coctail skewer to add a small amount of dye gel to the product you want to colour. Would you like to work with multiple colours? Then we recommend using a clean toothpick for each colour. Instead of a toothpick, you can also use the tip of a teaspoon, for example. Do you want the product to have a darker colour? Then add some more food colouring. Do you want a lighter colour? Then use the food colouring sparingly. Once you have added the food colouring, knead or stir the product well.

Tip! It is recommended to keep the food colouring in the middle of, for example, fondant in order to keep your hands cleanest. Using a glove is, of course, also a possibility.

Storage
Stored tightly closed in original packaging, in a cool environment, out of reach of direct sunlight or heat source.
