With the Brand New Cake Dye Gel Orange 35gr you can give (rolling) fondant, marzipan, buttercrème, sugar-paste, batter and so on a beautiful orange colour. Simply add some food colouring gel until you achieve your desired colour! The food colouring gels from Brand New Cake are available in various colours in addition to orange.
Use instructions
To get exactly the colour you want, it is important to use sparingly. It is best to use a saté/coctail stick, for example, to add a little dye gel to the product you want to colour. Would you like to use several colours? Then it's best to use a separate, clean toothpick for each colour. Add a little bit of food colouring gel to the product if you want to colour it slightly orange. You will then get a bit of a salmon colour. Do you want a slightly darker orange colour? Then add a bit more dye gel. The more dye gel you add to the product, the more orange the product will become.
Colouring fondant and marzipan
For colouring fondant and marzipan, you can add the colouring gel to the product in the middle of the fondant or marzipan. Doing this will actually keep your hands as clean as possible. Then knead the fondant or marzipan well. Of course, you can also wear gloves while colouring fondant or marzipan. Then you can be sure to keep them clean.
